Tom:son Group Holding AB is an independent investment and advisory firm that focuses on investments and providing clients with unprecedented services within the field of real estate. With a broad experience and profound knowledge of the real estate business, we invest in a broad range of assets and serve clients ranging from developers and local property companies to international institutional investors.

What we believe in

As every opportunity is unique, we don’t provide nor believe in standardised, one size fits all solutions. We tailor our approach to fit specific requirements and to fulfil different objectives.

We like to think that we offer a different perspective to our business partners. Inevitably, as we come from different backgrounds and directions, our view most likely offers new input, knowledge and experience in a situation where a decision needs to be made. Regardless of it being around a development, a new investment or a strategic direction for the company. The key, however, to success is that we set up and reach a common goal together.   

We dare to try a different approach, or to take a different route. Many companies have put this strategy into delicately formulated wordings or strategies, but very few actually do stand out from the crowd and dare to take a different route. We don't believe in being a contrarian just for the sake of it. The wisdom of the crowd is often strong, but as Asch's Paradigm proves, there is always a risk of conformity leading to erratic behaviour. We often take a different route because we wholeheartedly think it is well worth the effort.

Some say that the devil is in the details, and that is where mistakes are done. We believe that with an eye for details, not only do you avoid risks, you also find the opportunities. Large organisations often miss out on good opportunities, simply because of their inability to focus on smaller things. Being small and independent, we have the luxury of being able to turn every stone and look at every possible way of increasing the value of each opportunity.
